Dear Loris FBC Church Family,
We are planning to reopen our Sanctuary for Sunday Morning Worship services on June 7, 2020, starting at 10:15 a.m. To provide the safest experience possible as we worship together, the Deacons and Staff of Loris FBC are asking you to please submit to the following guidelines:
– Until further notice, if you and/or your family plan to attend our worship service, please call the church office each week before Friday to let us know. Because we will have limited seating capacity for a while, we need to know how many to prepare for and whether or not we may need to go to two services every Sunday morning.
– You are encouraged to stay home if you are not feeling well, or have known high-risk factors for COVID-19. You will still be able to participate via our online worship experience streaming live on YouTube or Facebook.
– When you arrive at Loris FBC to attend the worship service, if you plan on sitting in the pews on the first floor of our sanctuary, please enter and exit our church building through the Bell Tower entrance. If you plan on sitting in the Balcony, please enter and exit through the front doors to our sanctuary.
– Due to social distancing best practices, limited restroom facilities will be available with a limit of two ladies in the women’s restroom and one man in the men’s restrooms at a time. The restrooms will be staffed with temporary employees who will keep these facilities clean before, during, and after our worship services.
– While inside our church facilities, please kindly refrain from physical contact (such as shaking hands or hugging) with others not in your immediate family. This will be difficult for all of us, but necessary for now to protect all who choose to attend.
– For the first few weeks, ALL CHILDREN, regardless of age, will sit with their parents in the worship center. Nursery, preschool, and childcare will not be available.
– Offering boxes will be available at all entrances/exits for your tithes and offerings. We will not be taking up a collection during the worship services at this time.
– Hand sanitizer and tissues will be available for you upon entering and exiting the building.
